We pride ourselves on offering a variety of services to work towards eliminating conditions relating to stress, anxiety and back pain and improving self confidence overall appearance and wellbeing.

From studio classes in pilates and yoga, one to one personal tuition to beauty treatments and therapies with additional services from hypnotherapist, life coach, physiotherapist and chiropractors. There is everything you need to boost you.

The studio is currently closed and will re-open on Monday 9th August.

A new beginners 6 week course will start Tuesday 7th September.

If you’re unable to attend the class you have booked, please try to attend another class so you don’t miss out (if you need to attend another class please contact us to check availability).

No missed sessions can be transferred onto a new course. Please ensure you inform your instructor of any changes in your medical condition.

Pilates notice

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to start of class for SMR (body rolling), classes will start promptly.
